福踏售后服務
為保證使用福踏地墊的消費者獲得滿意的售后服務,維護消費者的合法權益,我公司根據《中華人民共和國產品質量法》及相關規定制定如下售后服務標準:
1.福踏產品保修期為一年,在保修期內,凡屬于產品本身引起的質量問題,實行免費上門修理服務;
2.如已超過保修期限,在購買之日起三年內,毯面或橡膠或配件損壞,只收取相應的材料費,免收上門費及維修費用;
3.福踏地墊要求本司維修中心對客戶實行百分之百的上門服務,客戶如對我司服務質量存在異議,可直接向我客服中心投訴;
4.無產品保修單和有效票據,不在保修之內;
5.非我司指定維修、自行拆裝或自然災害不可抗拒的因素造成損壞的,不在保修之內。
In order to guarantee the clients of FUTA doormat acquiring satisfied after sale services and safeguarding consumers' legal rights and interests, the following after sale service standards are formulated based on Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China and related regulations:
1. Length of warranty of FUTA products is one year. During this period, free door-to-door service can be provided to solve the quality problems;
2. If damages happen out of length of warranty, only corresponding material costs is charged for the damages of mat surface, rubber or accessories in the three years after the purchasing day. Door-to-door service and maintenance charges are free;
3. FUTA company requires the maintenance centre implementing a hundred percent door-to-door service. If clients have questions to our service quality, complaints could be lodged directly to our service centre;
4. The product without warranty certificate and valid bills could not get the above-mentioned services;
5. The damages caused by non-professional maintenance or dismounting specified by our company or factors beyond the control are out of warranty service.
